Established in 2016 ASB-MCM Constructions Ltd is a company dedicated to the development of high quality construction projects, ranging from small to big. We have a combined experience of over 15 years and our ability to apply our core family values, we can deliver high levels of commitment to our valued customers.

With an ever-evolving industry, new challenges and complex projects are addressed by developing and strengthening our multi-disciplinary teams to meet the demand. Because of our commitment to our customers we are constantly reviewing procedure and performance. By setting KPI's and benchmarks we stay on our toes and competitive.

GARRETH MCMAHON

CEO/Director Operations/Project Manager

With over 18 years of experience, as an engineer by profession Garreth started off as a plumbing, boiler and heating specialist. He eventually branched off into the building industry due to many recommendations by satisfied and happy clients because of his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and integrity in the construction industry.

Through recommendations and Networking, with a team of highly experienced tradesmen and trades women over the years, ASB-McM UK Constructions Ltd was established. Garreth now leads teams of builders, engineers, architects and other professionals in the construction industry with great capability in building, renovating, designing from small to big and high end projects, new build, commercial, residential, sports facilities, consultancy and industrial.

His proven skills and professionalism is demonstrated through his strong work ethics and relationships he has established and continue to do with stakeholders and beyond. He has a hands-on approach management style which allows him to deliver high standard of workmanship.

He is very professional, and his friendly, engaging and very approachable manner enables very honest and efficient communication with stakeholders of every level.

More so with clients and possible clients as it he facilitates open discussions on client’s budgets, projects, designs and expectations by working closely alongside them delivering practical and durable projects.

 

SHARMILA BHOLANAUTH

Director Legal/Business Development/Marketing Resource Coordinator

Sharmila brings a wealth of experience both national and international to ASB-McM. With 10 years of international marketing and business development in the construction in the oil and gas industry, real estate, and with 12 years in the construction/building industry, She has acquired and develop a thorough understanding of the building industry by working alongside every professional and a variation of clients.

Sharmila first started in the building industry 12 years ago alongside a partnership as business development, marketing, resource coordinator, offering a much bespoke service to clients. She took a step back from the industry for over 4 years as she went onto different business ventures.

She keeps returning to the industry as her interest and passion for the industry and the engineering involved in it holds her interest immensely. Sharmila decided to return to the industry and teams up with ASB-McM offering a very detailed client based service alongside Garreth Mcmahon.

It gives her great satisfaction when working with clients, listening to their every need and delivering very good customer service and top quality projects. She also works closely with ASB-McM client’s such as property developers and property owners (rental or sale) interior decorating, gets involved in designing and marketing of properties, conduct open days etc.

Sharmila is highly professional, friendly, hardworking, and her honesty and integrity has earned her immense respect within her various fields of work. Sharmila works in close partnership with various other suppliers and providers allowing ASB-McM to offer a range of services, wholesale materials and products to tradesmen/builders and to the general public when DIY.
